cropped-How_it_begins_2014.jpgThe first stage of the process is to arrange an initial consultation. This is the first opportunity to talk about the things that you want help with. It might mean meeting a few times.

It is the place to decide if psychotherapy is the right kind of therapy for you and if we are going to work together.It is also the place to ask questions and think about the practicalities of psychotherapy including how much it will cost.

I work with people for an agreed time limit or over longer periods. I see people once or twice a week.
